Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Beeline MTB programs operate with small groups and limited spaces. When a rider enrolls, that spot is reserved for the full season and cannot be filled last minute. To keep our programs safe, high-quality, and predictable, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.

If Beeline MTB Cancels

Beeline MTB may cancel a session due to weather, trail conditions, staff illness, or safety concerns.

When this happens:

A designated makeup day will be offered (published on the program page).
If a makeup day cannot be offered, families will receive a credit toward a future program or lesson.
No cash refunds are provided.

If the Participant Cancels or Misses a Class

Because each session is extremely limited:

No refunds for missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Spots cannot be transferred to other riders.
Withdrawals due to injury, illness, or other circumstances may receive credit at Beeline MTB discretion.

Equipment Requirements and Non-Compliance

Safety gear and appropriate behavior are required for participation.

Riders missing mandatory gear (knee pads, water, backpack, etc.) will be allowed one “free pass” and permitted to ride one time per-season without their kneepads, water, etc. Riders who show up to programs repeatedly missing mandatory gear will be denied participation with no refund or credit. There is a zero-tolerance policy for missing a helmet or arriving in inappropriate footwear and riders will be denied participation on the first incident.
Spots cannot be transferred to other riders.
All riders must follow coach instructions for safety, group management, and trail etiquette. Behavior concerns will be brought to parental attention and repeated issues may result in removal from programming without refund.

Private Lessons & Guided Tours

Cancel 7+ days in advance and the participant will receive a 90% refund or a full credit to reschedule for another session
Cancel 96+ hours in advance and the participant will receive full credit to reschedule for another session.
Cancel within 48 hours or no-show and there will be no refund or credit

Agreement

By enrolling in any Beeline MTB program, camp, private lesson, or tour, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
