Terms & Conditions

Last Updated 10/30/25

Welcome to Beeline MTB. By visiting or using our website, registering for a program, or participating in any Beeline MTB activity, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

General Use

Beeline MTB (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides mountain bike coaching, camps, and guided rides for youth and adults. By accessing our website or participating in any Beeline MTB program, you agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and safety instructions set by our coaches and staff.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always appear on this page.

Eligibility

Participants in youth programs must meet minimum age, skill, and equipment requirements as listed on each program page. Parents or guardians must complete registration and sign all required waivers before participation.

Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Program fees must be paid in full at registration unless otherwise arranged.
Because Beeline MTB operates small-group sessions with limited capacity:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once a session begins.
  • Weather-related cancellations are built into the schedule as make-up days.
  • If a session must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., injury, trail closures, severe weather), we will notify you and reschedule whenever possible.

View the full refund and cancellation policy here.

Risk & Responsibility

Mountain biking involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions, and unpredictable trail conditions. By registering, participants (and parents/guardians, if applicable) acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions.

Beeline MTB, its coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in our programs or from use of the trails, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

Equipment Requirements

Riders must bring a safe, well-maintained bicycle and required protective gear as outlined on each program page.
Failure to bring mandatory safety equipment (such as helmets or knee pads) may result in the participant being sent home without refund.

Photo & Media Use

We may take photos or short video clips during lessons or events for use on our website and social media. By participating, you grant permission for these images to be used unless you request otherwise in writing before the session.

All content on this website—including text, photos, graphics, and logos—is the property of Beeline MTB and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
